This day will forever be a core memory for my best friend and I! We booked an hour and once it was completed, wished we did longer because it was so worth it and was amazing! I had the most amazing experience at this head spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and welcomed. My cosmetologist, Alex, had such a peaceful and relaxing energy—it was exactly what I needed. Every step of the treatment was soothing and intentional, and I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. If you’re looking for a reset, I highly recommend booking with Alex. Truly a five-star experience!

Myalove did an amazing job. She was really attentive of my allergies. My scalp and hair feel so rejuvenated even a couple of days later. The space was so calm and cozy. I can’t wait to go back!

McKayla was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and my service was amazing! I would highly recommend booking. The atmosphere of the Charleston Head Spa is very well thought out- they have a signature smell (that’s from a local company!,) the products they use are good for you, there are customizable sound machines during your service, and more that makes the experience feel very well thought out and relaxing.

This was my first experience at Charleston Head Spa, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. I entered into the main lobby with the most welcoming environment. I was a little apprehensive at first due to just having eye surgery. Well, Adrian is nothing short of phenomenal! Not only did she listen to my concerns, but she heard them. She placed a heated eye mask the entire session, this felt so soothing. Each stroke of a comb, massage, or H2O therapy she made sure to ask along the way if things were ok. Yet, she didn't continue to talk the entire time, she allowed me to lead with speaking or being quiet. I tend to talk, so we got to know each other pretty well :). I am so thankful for this experience and I will be back. Thank you, Adrian, for an incredible experience!

I was scheduled an appointment for the Charleston head spa for my birthday. I had never experienced a scalp treatment before, I went in with no expectations except for my hair to get wet. Izzy was my clinician. She was very welcoming, sweet and easy to talk to. I expressed my scalp concerns as well as asked her about any products that she would recommend for a clarifying shampoo. She is knowledgeable, considerate, and her bedside manner is great. Highly recommend booking with her!

I have waited to go to the Charleston Headspa since they opened and I didn’t know what I was missing. It is better than a massage. So relaxing and enjoyable! I will be a repeat customer!

Absolutely fabulous!!! Lexi was amazing and my hair and scalp has never felt better. A must-do self love treatment! If you haven't been you're missing out. Sooo relaxing!!!

I had a great experience with Lexi! It was relaxing, I learned a few things, and had an overall fabulous pampering from start to finish--I never felt uncomfortable. I arrived for a scalp massage and mini facial. The heated bed felt so good on a cold and windy day. I found it interesting that they do a scalp analysis and use a device that quickly shows pictures of your scalp before--and after. The golden water jet system is so comfortable it is just the right amount of pressure and direction that I stayed perfectly dry, only my hair got wet. Loved the products and purchased a mini set along with the amazing scalp massage device. Lexi gave me tips to use at home. Everyone there was so kind and the environment is great. Applause!

I was so looking forward to this appointment and the experience did not dissapoint! It was wonderful, relaxing and so therapeutic. I have a sensitive scalp and found the treatment to be an almost immersive and holistic experience between the aromatherapy and the various treatments. My scalp feels wonderful and my hair looks and feels shiny and healthy. A special thank you to Lexi, who provided a wonderful first time experience with her care and attention to all aspects of the treatment. The staff are welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend the Charleston Head Spa!

I finally got to experience Charleston Head Spa last month! It was wonderful start to finish! I left feeling relaxed and my scalp rejuvenated. I am a postpartum mama struggling with major hair loss and that was addressed as well! The scalp massage and treatment were incredible. I added on the 15 minute facial and it was definitely worth it! I thought a neck/shoulder massage was included in the treatment, but my awesome esthetician was new and possibly just missed that detail (or I misunderstood what was included in my appointment). Not a deal breaker as the rest of my 60 minute appointment was phenomenal! Told everyone that would listen how amazing this experience is. I cannot wait to go back!!!
